Terms and Conditions

1. Booking Confirmation

All reservations made through our website are subject to availability and must be confirmed via the booking engine.

A valid credit card or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.

A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed.

2. Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time: From 2:00 PM

Check-out time: Until 11:30 AM

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations or modifications must be made according to the rate plan selected during booking.

Refundable bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to One days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be not refunded.

Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via the cancellation form.

4. No-show Policy

Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the reservation will be cancelled. Applicable charges will apply according to the cancellation policy.

5. Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

All guests must present a valid ID/passport upon check-in.

Only registered guests are allowed access to the rooms unless otherwise agreed.

6. Payment Terms

Payment can be made via credit/debit card or cash.

For partially paid bookings, the remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.

Insist on receiving invoices.

7. Children and Extra Beds

Children under 2 years can stay free.

Extra beds and cots are available upon request and may incur additional fees.

8. Pets

Pets allowed on request with Extra charges.

9. Privacy and Data Use

Personal data collected through the system will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.

We do not sell or share guest data with third parties.

10. Acceptance of Terms

By confirming your booking through our website or any integrated channel, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

These terms may be updated from time to time, and the latest version will always apply.
