Booking Confirmation<\/h2><p>All reservations made through our website are subject to availability and must be confirmed via the booking engine.<\/p><p>A valid credit card or full payment may be required to confirm your booking.<\/p><p>A confirmation email will be sent once the booking is successfully completed.<\/p><h2>2. Check-in and Check-out<\/h2><p><strong>Check-in time:<\/strong> From 2:00 PM<\/p><p><strong>Check-out time:<\/strong> Until 11:30 AM<\/p><p>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.<\/p><h2>3. Cancellation and Refund Policy<\/h2><p>Cancellations or modifications must be made according to the rate plan selected during booking.<\/p><p>Refundable bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to One days before arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be not refunded.<\/p><p>Non-refundable bookings will not be refunded under any circumstances.<\/p><p>All cancellations must be submitted in writing or via the cancellation form.<\/p><h2>4. No-show Policy<\/h2><p>Failure to arrive on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show, and the reservation will be cancelled. Applicable charges will apply according to the cancellation policy.<\/p><h2>5. Guest Responsibilities<\/h2><p>Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.<\/p><p>All guests must present a valid ID\/passport upon check-in.<\/p><p>Only registered guests are allowed access to the rooms unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><h2>6. Payment Terms<\/h2><p>Payment can be made via credit\/debit card or cash.<\/p><p>For partially paid bookings, the remaining balance must be settled at check-in unless otherwise agreed.<\/p><p><strong>Insist on receiving invoices.<\/strong><\/p><h2>7. Children and Extra Beds<\/h2><p>Children under 2 years can stay free.<\/p><p>Extra beds and cots are available upon request and may incur additional fees.<\/p><h2>8. Privacy and Data Use<\/h2><p>Personal data collected through the system will be processed in accordance with our privacy policy and applicable data protection laws.<\/p><p>We do not sell or share guest data with third parties.<\/p><h2>10.
